We are love love LOVING the new bug, thank you so much for everything!  It was an added bonus to meet THE Bob Falcone, what a pleasure!  Being a car guy, especially considering what he's done to keep Saab alive in the Indy area, not to mention his personal story of working his way up to be an owner, I had a great deal of respect for him a long time ago.  To get a call from him personally was crazy cool.  To shake his hand... I might as well have been shaking the hand of the President... better even than "new car magazine" day! 

 

Susan has nicknamed the car "Margarita" because of the color.  You can tell where her head is at.

 

You guys are fantastic.  It's great to do business with people who care about cars and their new owners.  It's worth the drive, we'll be back.

The finance manager was also very helpful in explaining all available incentives and warranty packages available to me. Also, the treatment of their service customers is the best in the city by far!

These guys put customer service as their number one priority! When everyone else runs to the suburbs, these people take care of their downtown clients the way it should be done everywhere. The shuttle service took me to work and picked me up at the end of the day. It was nice to let someone else do the driving back to the dealership to pick up my 2004 Subaru.

I've taken my Saab to Falcone Saab Service at least 5 times (GM's quality issue, not the service center) and every time was great. If they see that your car is dirty, they'll wash it for you. Everybody is very friendly. There's wireless internet if you need to wait there and work. The place is very clean too. I'm glad the only Saab center in Indy is excellent!

Making an appointment seemed better than usual. Whoever answered the phone for the service department [Meagen] was very helpful and made sure to note my time constraints that morning. She assured me 90 minutes would be enough time. Travis delivered my car as he usually does on time and just right. Your service department is one of the main reasons I drive a Saab.

I particularly have to compliment Travis, Neil and the blond guy in service-I don't know his name! [Steve] But this car-a 2006 Saab 9-3-really made by GM and it shows, it's demented. But I would consider buying a Subaru or a Volkswagen based solely on the service I have received at Falcone. It's the best dealer I have ever encountered-by a mile.

In my opinion the service I was needed was extensive, so before scheduling service, I contacted three local Subaru dealers. I requested pricing information, along with a written itemized quote. I also requested to be provided with a Subaru loan vehicle (not just any rental car) while my vehicle was being serviced. Travis was my Service Consultant and he made everything happen. Falcone was the only dealership that met my requests. I felt Travis provided me with superb customer service and he made me feel like a valued customer. To that end, I plan to patron Falcone in the future not only for vehicle servicing needs but also when the times comes for a new Subaru. Thank you.

The friendliness of all your staff members was great. I bought my first VW bug in that facility in 1967 and would not consider any other VW dealer. At that time the waiting room was on the second floor with a large window through which the customer could watch the service area. Just as professional today as in 1967. No, you don't need to usher customers to the second floor like it was done in the past. Don't need to watch - I know my car is being taken care of properly and promptly.

 I was very happy with the new online scheduling option (with its instant verification, etc. vs. having to call you to verify my previous online service appointments). However,I was rather dismayed when I arrived for the appt. and there was no paperwork for me, nor was I on the schedule! However, the service dept. fit my car in and it was finished in a timely fashion anyway. Apparently the new system sometimes links the online appts. to the service desk and sometimes doesn't--so I hope you can get that glitch figured out! THEN the new system will be great! On the other hand, a park assist sensor needed to be ordered for my car, and I was told exactly how much it would cost and given the option of overnight shipping or waiting until next week for it to arrive. Those types of situations make me thankful for the excellent and professional service I can count on receiving at Falcone. Thank you!

I love the waiting room as well as the service. It is comfortable and I like that the television is on for those who want to watch. I also think providing food is nice for early morning customers who are on their way to work. It is a really nice experience to come for service.

Thank you for the excellent service. I love VW but when I bought my MK5 I assumed the service would be horrible again, like it was in the past with my MK4 under the old ownership. Wow was I wrong. You guys are doing a great job, especially David. Thank you for finally giving me a dealership I trust and that doesn't fight me tooth and nail on service I need for my VW. The other dealerships in Indy just don't compare to Falcone! David did a great job especially. He answered all my questions patiently and really listened to me. I also appreciate Ron Brill's attention to details and his good communications. I will drive that extra 15 miles to come to Falcone again, instead of Dreyer & Reinbold (where I had bought two new cars). Keep up the good work, and your customers will not look for alternatives when it comes time for service.
