Coronavirus Safety Measures To Ensure Customer Safety at Falcone Subaru

*The auto repair industry is deemed an essential business. You can rely on us for your automotive needs unless we are required to close.

To Our Valued Customers:

We would like to assure you that we are here for you during these turbulent times. At Falcone Subaru, we can complete 90% of sales transactions through phone calls, email, text or online chat. We want to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you, our valued customer, and for our employees. We can calculate your payments, send price quotes, pictures and videos of the desired vehicle, or answer any questions you have without meeting face-to-face.

How it works:

  • Select your new or pre-owned vehicle
  • Fill out an online form requesting our Sale Price, chat with us online or call us direct
  • After this, one of our dedicated Sales Consultants will reach out to you via your preferred method of contact

Taking delivery of the vehicle safely:

For your well-being, we will make this process as safe and seamless as possible. We will have the car detailed, wiped down with alcohol wipes, and pulled to the front of the building for you to take the vehicle home. When you come into our facility, we will provide you with hand sanitizer before handing over the keys! Although this transaction is in-person, we are committed to working with you in the safest possible way.

At Falcone, we want to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you, our valued customer, and for our employees. To minimize your risk of contagion and to help prevent the spread, we have added UV-C Virus Lights to high traffic areas in our showrooms. These lights effectively destroy microorganisms and viruses, including COVID-19, that are airborne.

Vehicle test drives:

  • We realize many of you want to take a test drive before making a big purchase. If you are interested in test driving the vehicle, please let our staff know in advance, so we can sanitize the vehicle beforehand. We will also wipe down your driver's license before making a copy and handing it back.

Like Sales, our Service Department will remain open. Having a reliable vehicle is essential for emergency situations and we are here for you. We have taken every precaution measure to keep you and your vehicle safe. Hand protection has always been crucial for the service and detail staff, and our staff will continue to wear gloves during the vehicle service process. We will be changing gloves between vehicle services and wiping down door handles and other frequently touched areas. Every staff member is also receiving FDA approved spray hand sanitizer with 99% alcohol content.

Please remember, we remain open to keep your car running smoothly, so you can drive safely in any given situation.

Scheduling Service Safely:

  • Please call one of our dedicated service advisors or schedule easily online, no in-person scheduling necessary
  • If you plan to drop-off your vehicle for service, please leave keys in car and advise your service consultant via phone (this will eliminate any face-to-face interaction)
  • This same process will take place when picking up vehicle; keys will be left in car and wiped clean along with other frequently touched areas
  • If you are arriving and staying for your scheduled appointment - Our customer lounge will be open for you to wait (hand sanitizer stations available)
  • After service completion, we will have your car pulled up and ready for you. Keys will be wiped clean and we can process payment via phone, or our cashier will wear gloves to accept payment

We strive to always make you feel safe and comfortable. If you have any questions regarding the safety measures taken, please contact Bob Falcone direct at 317-803-8747 or Chase Falcone direct at 317-803-8762. We are here for you; thank you for your continued support.
